IMPORTANT: The overnight stay on Wednesday 25 March 2026 will be covered by the event organisation. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, our event partner can arrange the booking for a maximum of one night before and/or one night after the event. Please note that these additional nights will not be covered by the event organisation. Flights and airport transfers are not covered by the event organisation.
To ensure that your dining experience runs as smoothly as possible,
we would like to ask you about your preferences for drinks during the evening.
Before our joint dinner, we will enjoy a pleasant activity. There will be a karting session and a bowling moment. Please choose your preferred activity. We will endeavour to take your preference into account as much as possible.
Details regarding the event location, agenda, and accommodation will be shared soon.
The second event day will end between 15h30 and 17h00.
